I’ve called Fernandina Beach home since 2020, when my husband and I made the move with our twin sons. I am eager to share my passion for fine cuisine and thoughtful hospitality. Getting to know local farmers and purveyors who produce incredible products has been inspiring. These farmers are the true artists and heroes of my work.
Brian M. Frank
A native of Rochester, NY, Chef Brian Frank brings over two decades of culinary expertise rooted in discipline, creativity, and a deep appreciation for refined cuisine. His culinary journey began at the age of fifteen in upscale local restaurants, where he quickly found his calling in the artistry and precision of the kitchen. “The chaos and fast-paced environment always offered something to be learned,” he says—a philosophy that still drives his pursuit today.
Chef Brian honed his craft at Johnson & Wales University, earning dual degrees in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. He refined his classical technique under Chef John Richardson at the iconic Pot Au Feu, laying the foundation for what would become his signature approach: modern, elegant cuisine executed with meticulous attention to detail.
Throughout his career, Chef Brian has worked coast-to-coast alongside some of the most respected names in the culinary world, including David Bouley, Jessica Koslow, Edward Lee, Brian Bistrong, Greg Vassos, Peter Coenen, Jeremy Collins, and John Frezee. These experiences have shaped a distinctive culinary voice—rooted in tradition, elevated by innovation, and tailored to true connoisseurs of flavor.
Today, Chef Brian brings the sophistication of fine dining into the privacy of your home or venue. His commitment to seasonal ingredients, thoughtful presentation, and white-glove service ensures a truly elevated experience—one that is both memorable and deeply personal.
