Pre-Event Process
Reach out to Chef Brian via phone, text, or email to begin your personalized culinary experience. Every detail is handled with discretion and professionalism.
During an initial phone consultation, Chef Brian will take the time to understand your preferences, dietary needs, event vision, and budget.
Following the consultation, you will receive a preliminary digital menu and price quote.
If applicable, this step ensures a flawless experience from beginning to end. During this meeting, logistics will be discussed, and final menu preferences confirmed.
Once the menu and event details are finalized, a detailed quote will be provided, and a contract will be signed requiring a 50% deposit. You will receive a comprehensive digital copy of the event details, menu, and timeline to ensure complete clarity and peace of mind.


WHAT TO EXPECT
Day of the Event
Chef Brian and his dedicated team will arrive at least two hours before the event to set up and begin preparations. Their meticulous attention to detail ensures a smooth service.
Every dish will be meticulously plated, presented, and described to give insight into ingredient selection and chefs personality.
The Art Culinarian team will leave your home or venue even cleaner than when they arrived, ensuring that the end of the event is as seamless as the beginning. The remainder of the payment is due at the close of the event.
Art Culinarian LLC is fully insured, guaranteeing peace of mind throughout the entire process.
